Great clothes for those into the new and trends. I see many people from all over with Rue21 clothes on. Especially on TikTok 😃. I have bought a few items from here along plenty for my daughter. I would recommend anyone to stop by clothes are budget friendly.

I ordered some stuff off of rue21.com and the first 3 items arrived last week and for some reason the item that is suppose to come out of this store still hasn't shipped even though I've talked to someone twice at their home office and stopped in a local store here in Canton, OH they all say the same thing "the item has been packaged up and the label has been created but they still haven't turned the package over to fedex yet and what makes this even worse multiple people have tried to call this store at least 3 times and they refuse to pickup the phone to resolve the situation. do yourself a favor and stay away from this store and especially if you order online and 1 or more items is coming out of this store
Plenty of t-shirts to choose from and the price was outstanding. What I would normally pay 21 to $22 4 a t-shirt I only paid $15 at rue21 and it was buy one get one free. Awesome deals and awesome staff. The staff will go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. You don't get that too often. But here they are more than helpful and very courteous and professional
i was able to find the clothes i liked really easily here, and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. i came in a week or so ago because i wanted a shirt that i found on rue21's website. one of the people who worked there, believe his name was Elijah, directed me to the shirt i wanted after i showed him an image of it. something i want to talk about though is the severe lack of Lil B clothing. Any clothing store that is worth it's salt has a large selection of BASEDGOD equipment ready at all times to be purchased and allow easy access to praise Lil B himself.
