RUDE staff , very unprofessional. Quality is poor , selection is poor , store stinks of old musty woman. i truly don’t know how this store is in businesses in 2023.
This would only be my second time and I found there was No variety but I went to the one in Puerto Rico Rainbow 🌈 store and they were assorted there clothing was beautiful colors there was music it was a great experience. I think you guys at Cypress gardens Winter Haven Florida should up your game your store looks so sad next to the store in Puerto Rico it's a shame we're supposed to be the United States with opportunities with great things to offer. 😞
The clothes are beautiful, the employees friendly, store is clean and well stocked. But could not spend more than 10 minutes inside because of the heat. It's 98° outside so had to be around 110° inside. One employee said AC had been out about a month and they still require mask. I ask her how they were able to work and she pointed to a fan on the floor. The changing room was still closed so couldn't even change into some thing cooler to shop in.
Good prices and sales, but NO dressing rooms. Why ????
Don’t shop here the workers are thieves. The Spanish girl with the glasses tried to steal my niece phone. And after going up there several times it took us calling the police for her to come clean. The sad part is she act like she was helping us find it the whole time she had it. #ghettorainbow #rachetworkers I hope an outdated iPhone was worth her job.
