If I could give 0 stars I would. I love Rainbow & was willing to spend a good bit of money with this location. First things first I wanted to try on some clothing but was told they didn’t have one. Cool … I get it. I then asked what was the exchange policy? The lady responded that she didn’t know. I looked behind her & saw a sign that said 7 days. Hmm 🤔 made me wonder was this the customer service I wanted? I walked right out of the establishment. She definitely wasn’t friendly. I ended up going to another location & was very pleased. I’ll never step foot in this location. Maybe it was my experience but I definitely don’t recommend
There was no air conditioning. The clothes weren't organized at all. I couldn't locate what I wanted anywhere. Why would you have adult underwear mixed in with children's clothes? There were three employees working, two of which were at the registers and a large line and only one of them were checking people out. On a better note, I love rainbow and their clothes which is why I'm giving this place two stars.
Love the clothes and price but the customer service that is offered is 0 and the line is long and 3 girls at front only 1 ringing up and she slow because they are just having full blown conversations among themselves and no apology and when it’s your turn the don’t say a word the just start ringing up your items! The text rainbow for 10% off you show them the code and they never ring in 10% and they say not my fault next time make sure before you pay! Maybe have a class on customer service skills or just basic kindness. The response on all these reviews are we apologize but nothing is ever done

Nice prices, lots of bargains! Although on thing I didn't like was some of the staff were using foul language in Spanish while customers were shopping!! That's unprofessional!!
