I purchased 2 dresses for an estimated total of $150.00 including shipping and handling. I enjoy purchasing from boutiques because most times you won’t find these items other places. I had been getting email subscriptions before I ever decided to go ahead and buy from them. So you can imagine my disappointment when I received my order how untrue the sizes are and how terrible an experience I had. So I placed my order on 4/29 before I realized part of my order was preordered for 5/8 meaning as I was told it would ship out 5/8. so it was no biggie I figured it would be back before I celebrated my birthday or whenever so initially I wasn’t tripping. However after about 2wks following 5/8 I still had not received any confirmation email stating when my order would be shipped or even if there was a delay. So I reached out. I first went to their website and checked to see if they had a contact number, which I did see but you can only leave a message because of the hours they are open, second option was to send an email, which I did. I sent an email and to this very day I still had not heard a reply back from them. So I went to their social media page and sent a message via messenger and nothing no response no reply. I waited 2 more weeks and then I was finally able to get someone on the phone which at this point was basically the end of May. I just so happen to get the owner Teara or Tiara idk but I spoke with her and she apologized after I explained everything and she stated she was going to make sure I received a confirmation email by the end of day about one part of my order. So again here I am with only a partial order confirmation as she apologizes again for the delay stating first come first serve and I’m like ma’am I placed my order in April, I believe I should be apart of that, but again I wasn’t going to make a fuss because she ensured me I would receive confirmation of shipping by the following week for the rest of my order. So when I received my first order I was HIGHLY disappointed bc on her site’s size chart they referenced 4x as fitting a plus size 24/26, well that’s a lie. When I did get both dresses they both run about a 20/22 size for the orange and a 18/20 for the green. So here I am with waisted time and money. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY PEOPLE! I can’t even get a refund because first they don’t offer it and secondly they don’t answer the phone or return calls. You definitely need to do better!
I purchased a dress for 70dollars 3 weeks ago. I did the Sezzle installments plan it has been 2 payments received fir my purchase without having my purchase. I reached out to Fabulous Fierce by email about my purchase no answer no response. Therefore this Boutique is fraud!! You are ordering what you see which is a picture but not the product. Money is very hard to come by and you yet to support your black people’s business and this is the thanks you receive but you can know that God is not sleep whatever you sow that very thing you will reap so I put prayer and conviction to you in taken advantage of people shame on you! I will be reporting you to BBB. You must be stopped how do you want your business to flourish when you are doing things like this continuously advertising items but know within yourself your not going to ship or have any intentions of fulfilling orders. Shame on You!! Don’t Risk your hard earned money on this sight pass the word on Facebook Instagram and other sights. I shop at online Boutiques and never ever have I experienced this behavior Do Not Purchase!! It’s a SCAMMER!!
I placed an order on Sunday asking for a specific dress to arrive before Friday. There was a miscommunication about the order but I am pleased to say I received the dress today! Thank you Takira! I appreciate you.
