Terrible customer service. Ask For a dressing room and get attitude like you’re a burden when it was not busy at all. Also asked for help finding shoes and was told it was “one of those boxes” when there are many. After attitude and not one smile at all, wanted to act nice when cashing out probably only bc they heard us talk about how awful their service is. Not helpful whatsoever. Cute clothes though, at good prices.
Went to do an online return. Cashier looked upset to be bothered. Told me they don’t do online returns. I politely told her that was off because the return form I had in my hand send me to this location. She then says well we do but I don’t know how so you’ll have to come back tomorrow. I am so upset. She spoke Nastily and gave me attitude when I asked why she would lie about it. I’m done with them. They can never get it together.
When I was at Charlotte Russe today, I didn't get the chance to ask for the employee's name, but I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. The cashier helped me pick out the color and sizing of a bodysuit, and she was so incredibly helpful.
One of my daughters favorite places and right now theyre having a going out of business sale, everything is 30%-70% off! Staff is not welcoming and do not speak even while paying for your purchases. I will gladly take my card elsewhere if you cant acknowledge me.
